HI
can you guide e through f9
i am doing self study for f9 ineed some tips how could i pass my f9 by just preparing for it now. as it just one month is left.
what are the basic topis that i need to focus on .
thanksApril 30, 2014 at 1:37 pm #166893You cannot just focus on specific topics – the examiner asks questions from all areas of the syllabus.
One month is still enough time for you to go through the syllabus.May 1, 2014 at 5:46 am #166976thanks … please can u guide me through the paper pattern…
May 1, 2014 at 6:37 am #166978There is no pattern, the examiner is very unpredictable. He can bring all the topics in one sitting! Do all papers from dec 2007 – at least June 2013.
I don’t know what I said wrong but for some unknown reason by original post (reply to you) has been deleted.
I don’t know why. I think my reply didn’t breach any rules but yet it is deleted!
May 1, 2014 at 7:18 am #166979Gabriel: thanks for answering, but this forum is to ask questions of the tutor. Please restrict yourself to answering questions in the general F9 forum.
Asad: There are four questions in the exam, but within them the examiner always asks something on each of the main syllabus areas: investment appraisal; working capital management; cost of capital; sources of finance; and risk management. However for each of those areas there are many separate topics he can chose from which is why you have to study the whole syllabus if you want to be confident of passing.

May I please ask. How do you get the free lectures on opentuition website. Do you need a special software to access them?
May 3, 2014 at 10:02 am #167196You do not need special software.
You can find the links to the lectures on this page:
