I am using the Kaplan 2019 Exam kit for F9 is it sufficient for the coming exams ,Jun 23,Sep23,Dec 23,

No, because there have been syllabus changes. You should use a current edition. There are syllabus changes after the June 23 exam and so although these changes are not major it would be best if you were to decide whether you are taking the exam in June or later.
