F9 & P2 or F9 & P3

Hi All, I’m just looking for some advise as to which P paper I should take with F9. Unfortunately I failed F9 (second time)and received 46%, which was up 5% from my Jun 13 result. I have already passed P1 so I need to decide which would be a good combination. Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂
