Please let me know if the Course Notes and Study text for exams from September 2015 – August 2016 are OK for the September 2017 session.

Yes they are OK.
However if you watch our free lectures then you do not really need a Study Text – the lectures are a complete free course for Paper F9 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
What is vital is that you buy a current edition of a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain lots of exam-standard questions for practice, and practice is vital to passing the exam.
