In BPP revision kit question 5 c(i) before reorganisation the EOQ is ?2X40,000X100 / 0.2X2.5 but the answer is 2000 ?(8000000X0.5) not 4000 ?(8000000/0.5)

Please can you help

The formula says divide by holding cost, but in the answer it has multiplied by the holding cost
