    Yes I did, as the fixed costs were incurred as part of the investment cost

    fixed cost wasnt relevent , was it ? n what was the disc factor , i think i messed up ma calculations ..

    I think I got;
    NPV 275
    WACC 11.3% (but think my cost of preference shares was wrong)

    cost of equity – 10%
    cost of debt – 7.74%
    cost of pref shares – 80% (so wrong)

    the discount factor should have been the nominal after tax – can’t remember what it was now…. maybe 12%

    Nominal because the sales and variable costs were inflated.

    I believe they were incremental FCost, hence they should have been included.
    It was actually not specified…but I tood them in.

    i also include fixed cost by increasing them by 1.02 onwards

    ya i agree it is part of it. cos when u build houses you nid those those stuff like utilities etc so shuld be relevant i guess

    Hi Can someone recall the the questions and marks allocation:
    I have a rough sketch:
    Q.1: NPV- 13 Marks,ARR-5 marks, Interest rate discussion-5 marks
    Q.2: Receibles-6, EOQ-6,Reciable policy-8, cash -5
    Q.3: WAAC-13,debt/bank loan-4,………………..
    Q.4: Business valuation-10,discussion of MV-5,…..
    Can someone help me recalling the rest of the paper ????
