sir, can i still use dec 2012 f9 bbp text book in this attempt….is there any changes in syllabus?….i heard from friends that npv is deleted from syllabus….is that true?
May 15, 2013 at 2:10 pm #125558NPV has been deleted, but only because it is assumed knowledge from Paper F2 – he can still ask questions on NPV and so you still need to learn it.
The treasury management has been added, but this is only ever likely to be a small part of a question (and does not involve any additional calculations). Your BPP book will effectively cover it anyway as you work through other areas.
You can find the new syllabus (and details of the changes) on the ACCA website.
May 15, 2013 at 2:52 pm #125567thank you sir , is operating and finance lease , hard and soft rationing etc can still be examined ?!?
May 15, 2013 at 3:08 pm #125571now will f9 become too difficult to pass?
May 16, 2013 at 10:05 am #125639Yes – he is now even more likely to ask capital rationing, lease and buy, and replacement (because they are not assumed knowledge from Paper F2).
There is no reason why the exam should be any more or less difficult than previous F9 exams.January 16, 2017 at 9:32 am #367437Sir can I use notes I had when I sat for F9 back in Dec 2015? I will obviously order a new Kaplan question book to ensure i have the new exam questions format.
Thanks in advance
January 16, 2017 at 5:12 pm #367692Yes you can, although why not download our free notes (and watch the free lectures that go with them) – they are a complete course for F9 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
January 19, 2017 at 10:53 pm #368462Can someone tell me or send me the link where i can find the december 2016 f9 paper with its answers?
January 20, 2017 at 8:11 am #368496The ACCA is not publishing the December 2016 exams – so there is no link!
They no longer publish every exam. The last one published was the September 2016 exam in full (because of the change in the format of the exam).
The next one will be after the June 2017 exam and will be a selection of questions from March and June 2017.April 9, 2017 at 7:02 pm #380720sir

April 9, 2017 at 10:16 pm #380729Yes!! Look at the syllabus on the ACCA website.
