There is hardly any difference. I think the UK one makes more reference to the UK Audit Practicing Board (APB) but both follow the International Standards For Auditing (ISAs).
When you get to P2 and P7 you should consider which variant to take – if you wish to become a UK auditor and want to be qualified to sign off audits then you must take the UK variants at the professional level.
BPP suggest that international variants are the better option if you’re not sure, but for F8 it really doesn’t matter.
