F8 in June

Sir I’m planning to give F8 in June along with F9. I have studied almost half of F8’s syllabus till now but given it a pause as I’ve to prepare for F7 to give in March. I just wanna know what is vital to pass F8 exam(I’m self-studying). I’m of the opinion that reading and understanding and practicing papers would do but just wanna take your advice.

First you need to understand the theory (read the notes and listen to the lectures). Then it is vital to practise questions. Many of the marks in this exam are for applying theory to answer scenarios.
