Hello dear sir , i have some questions regarding f8 , is there any need for book or notes are enough to cover the whole syllabus , secondly , i may not opt f7 with f8 so will there be any problem as i have heard that f7 have some standards associated with audit , thirdly , is there any legislation changes effecting the syllabus of f8 every year , is it true ? if it is then the current notes are compatible for december 2015 attempt or will there be any changes soon in the notes , fourthly as to what extent numeric is involved and what sort of numeric basic knowledge is required , and the last thing , how to practice writing and improve the way of explanation in the answers and will there be any written tests available for this purpose ….. thank you
1 You need a revision kit (eg from BPP or Kaplan) to provide question practice. I don’t think you need a text book.
2 You will be able to do F8 before F7 as there is little cross over.
3 The current notes and lectures are fine for December 2015
4 Numeric would be simple interpretation of accounts ratios.
5 We do not provide written tests, that’s why revision kits (see 1 above ) are so important
thank you
