Hi, I just would like to know if I can use the existing videos for F8 exam on Opentuition.com to study for the examination in Jun 2012? I haven’t taken this paper in Dec 2011 so I want to start my preparation quite soon.

    Many Thanks

    Max

The current lectures are fine for June 2012.

What is the difference between the two sets of lectures on the website?

One set is recorded as a live lecture; not all topics have been captured like that yet.
The other set is a studio recording.

The first set is more dynamic; the second set is more measured and the speech is slower.

    Thanks for that.

So, is it only the 2nd set that cover everything needed for the exam then?

Yes. But I suggest you look at the live set first as they cover the really fundamental areas, then move on, perhaps for revision, to the second set.

Hello, I would like to join the acca f8 group study. Is it too late to join?
