I see in the mark schemes that answers are set up in tables for some questions.
e.g. doing questions asking for identifying deficiencies and a control procedure for it
Is it acceptable to write answers in the table format, or should they be written in full paragraphs?
Best way to express answers is columnar form
Absolutely tabular form. It is very much preferred by markers and examiner.
It’s not compulsory to do it in a paragraph format which is why most students opt to do it in a tabular table format which definitely saves time.
It is also easier for examiners when it comes to marking so highly recommend using a table for questions where you need to identify ‘audit risks, control deficiencies etc’.
