Sir I would like to know how much of the F8 knowledge is important for P7?
and shud I go through the text and notes of F8 before studying P7?Imagine that you are working for one of the big 4 audit firms
In the first 2 years your life is probably filled with mundane tasks like “Select a random sample of 50 purchase invoices and confirm that there is evidence that the additions and calculations have been checked”
In the last year of your 3 year contract, you may find that you have progressed to “Plan the audit of the group where you have discovered that there is a new subsidiary acquired half way through the year, there is a new foreign joint venture that has been started with an conglomerate based in Africa and the audit partner in charge of the audit stores his 20 meter motor boat in the client’s premises for winter storage”
Now, you tell me … how helpful do you believe your F8 studies will be in answering the P7 type of scenaria that you are likely to face
