F7 Preparation time?

So, the thing is, I was delayed by my institute and now I have to study F7 INT the whole by my own starting from yesterday, how much time do I need to devote to F7 per day and how many days should I take to finish F7 COMPREHENSIVELY considering Im also doing F8 and F9 this dec?

Just had my first lecture with LSFB online and he was quoting that there is 40 hours of videos and should put in 4 times that so you are taking 160 hours, so split that how you will!
