Hi guys,
I just did the F7 Specimen Paper MCQuetions this morning. I have done majority of the ones in the Kaplan Exam kit but feel that they are not representative of the style of questions that are asked in the Specimen Paper
Does anyone else feel the same way? Are there any additional resources on here that I could use to practice more questions.
In the past, I used to pass these exams by doing the past papers. As this is a new style and format, do you reckon that they will heavily rely on the specimen paper as a proxy for the real examination? E.g. similar style questions but different scenario and numbers.
What are your thoughts?
Hi,
I can’t help with your question but I have exactly the same concerns.
Sarah
me too….
I don’t like section a because it’s a large proportion of marks.
What’s worse is that no method marks are awarded.
Admittedly, when sitting the specimen paper, some of the questions I attempted, the answer that I calculated wasn’t even on the answer list lol
In terms of past papers, has the syllabus changed much during the years. I was thinking if attempting all the past papers (back dated from 2008) just to understand and untangle the ACCA style questions. What I don’t want to do is do a paper where the rules have changed significantly
