I want to ask that can i use F7 kit June 2017 for September 2017 or should I buy a new one?

Only one difference in the new syllabus.
IAS 17 Leases is no longer. It has been replaced by IFRS 16 Leases.
You could use it, but you will have to ignore the questions on leases.
