Hi,
ACCA have now published the F7 June 2012 paper on their website, does anyone know when the answers will be on there too? Or has anyone attempted the paper again?

I would imagine they will be published imminently so keep looking at the website.
The questions this year were published online exceptionally quick – some even on the same day as the exam!!
Im anxious to see the answer to Q1 as it seems to have caused the most debate in the forum!!

Just to say your answers look great – did you sit at June 2012 session or were you using this as revision for December?
A lot of your answers look familiar to what I got in the exam so its made me feel a bit better!!
Best of luck 🙂I sat for the June 2012 sitting. As I redo the question, I got the same answer with what I did in the exam. I manage to balance three questions (I did not experience this before the exam when practice the questions), and I think should be able to pass.
I definately got 7400 for Goodwill and your balance of 126,300 for net assets sounds familiar, although I cant be certain its what I got. I know I went wrong somewhere as my balance sheet didnt balance but I suspect it was something to do with the unwinding element. The part that will let me down the most is the second half of the cash flow question and question 4, which totally threw me!
Yup. Second part of cash flows problem also poses problem for me, especially for me I do not have sufficient time to do. I leave out EPS in Question 2 so my full mark will be <=97 🙁 I know how to do but i do not have enough time. Perhaps the negative retained earning cause me to spend too much time there.
