Hi Everyone,
I am really scared of the F7 exam.
I am clear on question one in the exam (business combination) – I wouldn’t say I have perfected it yet, I still need more practice obviously, but I am Okay with it.
I am clear on question 3 – SOCF and interpretations – I also need practice but I know what is required from me and I will study more.
I am so lost on everything else!!! 🙁
For example, I am not sure how to study the IASs? I mean, how can they be tested in the exam? will I get a question asking me to explain a certain IAS? in What way will my knowledge of the IAS be tested?
Also, as for question 2 – How to study it? Is the way to study it to start directly practicing questions? Do I need to understand the IASs in order to be able to solve question 2 which is mainly preparation of the FS?
I am very lost – Please, I really need more clarification and assistance.
Thank you,
Maha

I would strongly advise you to also read all the technical articles of paper F7 as the examiner frequently examines issues discussed in them. You may find the past papers from following this link https://www.accaglobal.com/en/student/acca-qual-student-journey/qual-resource/acca-qualification/f7/past-exam-papers/international.html
