Your lectures are amazing and I am learning a lot from this. Although struggling with situation where parent buys subsidiary exchanging shares. As no lecture involving this scenario is available ( ve played and replayed all videos on this topic.)Kindly guide.

And then there are a lot of other examples in the mini-exercises towards the end of the free course notes
If you’re still having a problem after trying all those, post me again and try to identify exactly where the problem lies
