Just want to know do I need to buy new F7 book for Dec sitting?The one I bought last time was valid till June 2017.

The June 2017 material should be fine
But I trust that you’re talking about a revision kit rather than a study text … there should be no need for you to open a study text except on the rare occasions where you wish to research a topic more fully than the notes and lectures
And you could always post those type of questions on this forum and I shall get back to you
