Hi. I have a question about estimation of marks in exam. What if in an example I used (wrong calculation) the same wrong percentage figure in every step of interest deduction in tax calculation? (thin capitalization rule) . Will I get zero for each steps? or I will lose only for the calculating of that percentage figure?
Thanks
Thin capitalisation is not in the F6 exam??? But as a general answer 60% of the paper is MCQ so you are right or wrong – 2 marks or no marks. On the written questions markers do attempt to “follow through” so as not to penalise students repeatedly for the same error.
