Hello, Im not sure whether you are able to help me, as this is malaysian variant. Is it possible that theres an error in the answer for past year question?? or maybe its me who understand it wrongly?
If you can spend some time to look at dec2011 Qn 2(b). A taxpayer has a daughter who is 17 y.o and is married, unemployed on the basis year. When i looked at the answer sheet. Taxpayer entitled to have a child relief, where its clearly stated in the act that only unmarried child is allowable for deduction??
Also June 2011, question 2(c), i wonder where is the dedution for the donation, as it mentioned in the question that its an approved widow’s and orphan’s fund?
