    Hi All,
I am new here, so forgive me if I am not doing things quite right…
I have purchased ACCA F6 Exam Kit from Kaplan last year as I was planning to sit the exam in December 2014. Due to really bad health I could not prepare and take the exam. To cut this short I am well now and would like to sit the exam in September 2015.
My question is, can I prepare myself with last year’s books or do I need to invest in new ones? What would you advise me, please?
I am aware of changes like the change in the personal allowance figure for example, but still, your opinion will be very helpful.
Thank you all very much in advance.
    Petya

    Hi petya,

Sorry to say you have to invest in new book at least you should by a new revision kit.

    There is two reasons.

    1. For Dec 2014 you would have bought a FA13 book now it is FA14..

    2. Most Importantly From June 15 onwards the exam format have changed.

There is a Section A 15 Multiple Choice Questions worth 30 mark in the new format.

Old kit will not have that kind of questions for you to practice

Hope that answers your question 🙂
