Hi,
Is it OK to use the notes for the June 2017 exam for the December 2017 exam? Have there been any changes to them vs the ones that are now on the site for the December exam?
I don’t believe there has been any change in the syllabus since June 2017 – from what I can see?

The syllabus has not changed and so neither have the lecture notes 🙂
(Although you should not be using the notes unless you are also watching the lectures. They are only lecture notes and it is in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes. If you are not watching the lectures for any reason then you must buy a Study Text from one of the ACCA approved publishers and study from there.)
