Hi, juz confuse why the net profit must times 12?
the stmt only show for Jul and didnt mention this net profit figure is constant for the whole year…
or I missed out something from the text?

The question asks for the ‘annualised’ ROI.
It does not mean that the net profit will be constant, but it means that instead of expressing it as a monthly percentage, turn it into a yearly (annual) percentage.
