    Dear John,

The exam tip in here is not the latest one I think.
Latest format of exam has 3 sections

So can you please tell me briefly about the time should I spent for different sections and stuff ?

You should be aiming to spend no more than 54 minutes on each of Sections A and B, and no more than 36 minutes on each of the two questions in Section C.

You are unlikely to finish each section within the time, but it is vital to attempt every question. For Sections A and B, if there are any questions you cannot do or that you do not have time to do, then should guess answers when the exam time is almost up.
For Section C it is better to do something for each part of each questions (however little) rather than finish some parts and do nothing for other parts.

Remember you need 50% to pass and you should be aiming for at least 50% in each section.

(The times above add up to 3 hours. You will have a little bit longer (how much longer depends on whether you re taking CBE or paper-based), but you should still aim for these times.)
