The reason being coz you were given your fixed costs anyway. U literally had to calculate the highest profit as that was the requirement of the question.
I think people went for utilising more hours rather than more profit

Most people would have put down wither B D or just D as this used up the more hours but it didn’t maximise profit.

You had to calculate contribution per limiting factor and then prioritize the products, first D, then A
They gave this rxplanation yo strategic, not tactical. Operational was correct

My biggest worry was I didn’t even spot there was question about decision tree in MCQS and I didn’t even know haha

I absolute hated decison trees. Worst topic ever. That and linear programming were the only topics I didn’t cover. And both of them I guessed
Linear programming I think k either was 16 or 56
And decision trees I didn’t bother doing anything .
