Ahsan I think operation was right. Coz if yiu think operation than its day to day activity which means a specific task
In strategic they gave efficient and effective utilization, which is of control of management
Where as strategic is long term above 3 years I think, that required new resources and the existing would have been used by plannung managers
The words efficient and effective utilization were the ones to pay attention to
