the MCQ union strike question asks for profit maximising use of available labour. Although the shortage is temporary, it still creates a bottleneck. So using contribution per labour hour, D then A.

    What about abc costing:
    A) cost drivers cause cost to alter
    B) in traditional costing higher volume of production means lower allocated oh
    Both are right
    And on environment costing:
    A) acc systems tends to capture environment costs, but the challange is to identify
B)input\output system divides environment cost in to three parts (dont remmember which ones)
    Only a) right, huh?

Question 2 of part B made me worried because I got both TPAR near to 0.5

Manager salary was not a good option because it was giving loss of 1300.

Im throuhput mcq, the option was to make D and A. In that we got to deduct fix cost from profit to get contribution per unit and then divide it to labour hours to get factory return per bottleneck.

I suppose option d and a were correct,mi judt calculated contribution for ea ch of them and divided by labor hours. Considering Tpars, even if we get it wrong, we should be awarded partial credits

    Scorecard, my answer

Customer – Goal – Arrival on time – Measure – Rank in agency
Internal – Goal – Cancelled flights – Measure – Rate of idle time (another title, but the same mean)
Learning and innovation – Goal – Clean in airline – Measure – Customer survey
Financial – Goal – Passenger on flight- Measure – Total passenger/Total flights

May be wrong at all, but have a fun ))))
