Is it okay to take F5 together with F9.

Yes – you can take F4 to F9 in any order.
They are both about 50% arithmetic and 50% writing – you might want to consider taking an arithmetic paper at the same time as a 100% written paper (instead of having to take two 100% written papers at the same time).
