The syllabus and (more importantly) the format of the exam have changed since your book and so you would be best not to use it.
If you are watching my free lectures then you do not need a Study Text. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
Whether you choose to study using our lecture or using a Study Text, it is vital that you buy a current edition of a Revision Kit. That contains lots of exam standard questions, in the current exam format, for practice, and practice is vital once you have completed your studying.
