i dont know why i find f5 to be very difficult to grasp the little details like per unit cost and hours…so confusing especially the 1st five chapters

If you say which bits you have problems with then I will try and help, but otherwise I cannot really know why you find it difficult to grasp.
If you were exempt from Paper F2 then maybe it will help you to go through the Paper F2 lectures first.
