Hello
I am taking CBE for f4 in May. I was wondering whether I need to memorize the case study and section numbers
Is it true that we can choose our exam to be 100 percent MCQ questions when CBE is taken?
Regards
Cases are no longer of major relevance except to illustrate principles established by those cases. It will be extremely difficult for the examiner to ask a question where it will be necessary to know the case names so knowledge of the case names is now irrelevant.
It has NEVER been necessary to know section numbers!
No, it is not true that you may choose to have the exam 100% mcq.
However, the F4 exam is 70% mcq and 30% mtq. These multi task questions in the cbe take the form of a question with a list of possible solutions from which you are required to select the appropriate number.
In effect, therefore, they are glorified mcqs
Ok?
Thanks a million Mike
You’re welcome
