    Hi,
I can’t find any study material for the F4 ZAF (South Africa) version, does anyone know where to find it?
Alternatively, is it better to study the F4 English or Global version if I’m based in South Africa?
    Thanks for your help

    Hey man,
I’m in ZA too. I dont think there is a ZA syllabus. Only English or Global.
I’m doing the Global variant, which I think most people outside the UK do.

    Thank you Eitan.
ACCA offers a ZAF version but it seems impossible to find the study material or centre which offers to write the local version.
    I’ll follow your advice. Thanks.

There is a document on the Acca website :Additional material for F4 ZAF which refers you to the relevant study materials to purchase if you self study. I wrote F4 ZAF in Dec ’16 and passed using the study guide.
If you are based in South Africa it is easier to do the SA variant as most of it is stuff that you would know already for example the Companies Act which is a big part of the syllabus.

    Thanks!
Where did you write your exam?
Was it CBE or paper based?

Seems you’re right. I guess I reached my conclusion when I heard the moderator ask a fellow candidate who was sitting his F4 CBE whether he’s writing the English or Global variant. I did my CBE at Boston City Campus – Orange Grove.
