I’m unsure as to what articles are needed for Global, for example:
Relevant to Paper F4 (SGP)
Where the letters are in brackets is this for another country? Some of them do not have these details until you click on the link to the article. Example below.
This one specifically refers to changes for Russia:
Pledge – recent changes in Russian legislation
As it is Global do I have to look at everything?
No, “Sgp” is specifically for the Singapore variant.
Where you will need it for Global, the article will specify “Relevant for F4 Global variant”
They do not seem to say Global on any of them. Some are obvious like ICC and Bribery Act 2010 but others that say English might be Global as well as they seem familiar
e.g. Damages, Companies Act 2006 and maybe Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986? It starts off with showing what paper they are relevant to with the country code in brackets so I assumed that all of the ones that didn’t specify this were relevant for me to look at so I printed them all out. When starting to read some of them that’s when I began to have doubts.
Can you please do a quick scan of the list and give me a better idea as to what ones I should be focusing on?
Thanks in advance
Yes, this is tricky! I think that, unless the article says within the heading for example “Rus” or “Sgp” or similar, you have to accept that it will be relevant for Global
That is what I first went with. I will stick with this then.
Thanks
You’re welcome
