Hello everyone, i would be sitting F4 in June 2012. Can you please enlighten me on the ways you study F4. Like ways to remember terms and cases. Also, the way to write an answer to a question. Thank you.

I also would be very grateful if you will answer this issue, cause I also need advice on this topic as I am preparing by myself.
Thank you!February 28, 2012 at 6:28 pm #94639Well, I can’t advise you anything yet as I am just starting this paper. I am doing Online Classroom with BPP. Course actually starts on 20 March.
The only way I could think of (to remember cases) is to either use mnemonics, visual aids, e.g. pictures, or simply repeat repeat and repeat case names until they stick into your brain.
Also, what I am thinking is, at some point to make a case law quiz 🙂 so we could all tests ourselves. That would be fun.February 29, 2012 at 10:58 am #94640AnonymousInactive- Topics: 0

I’ve just made a flowchart for the judicial system, but don’t know how I will remember the cases!
March 6, 2012 at 6:15 am #94643Im doing the English Variant, i think they are very much different, so be careful on the notes or lectures you watch.
March 6, 2012 at 6:17 am #94644hey rebeccag, i did the same for the English Legal system. hope it helps. as for remembering cases, the NAME and the LAW applied are most important, not the details. I know it is alot, but we have to practice them and recite them.
