On listening to the lectures some information has been referred to as being’ left for the revision course’ – such as the ‘Superme Court’. Will the revision course be available to listen to on this site?
Hi
the only way we deal with the courts and the background to the English legal system is to plan a couple of answers from the revision kit. It’s not a huge area and the questions he can ask are pretty limited – when compared with the other “bigger” areas of the syllabus.
I believe that q1 will be about the change from HoL to Supreme Court and he’s written an article about that – can’t remember which month
