I have just been listening to the F4 lecture on the section on statute law. I also down loaded the text to read along, but the pages didn’t coincide with those mentioned by the lecturer, he laso mentioned that on pages 124-125 there were the cases listed in columns, mine didn’t have this at all. Has this been changed? Your guidance would be very appreciated.
Regards

You no longer have the luxury available to you to show your encyclopedic knowledge of those fascinating cases and their names
The lectures still contain the cases because they’re interesting stories and make the principles so much easier to remember
Every 6 months or so I make small amendments to the course notes – sometimes I take out whole paragraphs, sometimes just a spelling mistake is corrected. sometimes a whole new section is added (as the law itself shifts and is updated)
So where I have made mention of specific page numbers, I apologise if they no longer coincide andI shall remember, when next I record anything, not to make mention of page numbers nor chapter numbers because (as you and I have found out) these things change!
