Hi All,
How do you remember all the facts for F4 law paper, Do people have certain way that they have to help remember the information or is it just purely practice practice practice and it sinks in??
Also is there such emphasis on remembering the different cases for the computer based exams?
Practice from a revision kit from a recognised approved publisher … endless hours of practice, practice, practice
You don’t need to remember case names, case dates nor even case facts. What IS important is that you remember the legal principle that was established / confirmed by the case
