F4 JUNE2012 PAPER

This year’s paper was ok – -it covered basically the syllabus, with the exception of ‘Tender’ which I didn’t see at all in the Text, Revision kit nor pass papers.

Hierachy of Courts/Binding Precedent
Resolutions (Ordinary, Special & Written)
Scenario question on breach of contract
LLP, LTD & PLC
Overall it was not too bad. I think that ACCA should allow extra 10-15minutes to fill out booklet requirements (e.g. centre no., id, exam details etc) as this is currently done during the reading time which is not sufficient to do both.
