Hi, im going to towards the December exam and have a text used in DBS st term but understand the syllabus has changed to take account of companies act 2014. Does anyone know is there much change otherwise….much of the text is in and around contract law, tort etc. So can’t see much having to change?

    Regards
    Nosferatu
