Hi
of the two versions – what is the difference?
thanks
Sara
Not a lot of difference (if any) in terms of difficulty
The BIG difference is dependent upon your aspirations for later life. If you harbour ambitions to practice as an Chartered Certified auditor in the UK, then it’s English law for you (as well as UK F6, UK P2 and UK P7)
If you have no such ambition, either will suffice
Personally I find the English variant a whole lot of fun … but there again, it may be that I’m a bit strange in that way
English variant has a lot of weighting towards contract law where Global variant just touches on it
Global variant has a lot on International matters (Court of Arbitration, Sale of Goods, international trade terms)
But the choice is really down to you and your ambitions
Whichever you choose, get stuck into a revision kit as soon as you can and don’t write your attempts at an answer int he book itself – write your efforts on a separate piece of paper and that way you can go over and over those revision kit questions multiple times
And, of course, I’m always here to answer any problems that you may encounter
OK?
