Hi Tutor,
Apologies if the answers to my questions are obvious but it is the first time I am using open tuition to study for ACCA exams.
I will be using the open tuition notes to prepare to sit the F4 Global exam in March 2016. You advise to buy a revision kit, in your opinion is it enough to use the notes, videos and also the past exam ACCA papers to revise?
Also regarding the videos I can see that from Chapter 5 onwards the video lectures can also be used for the Global variant, however Chapter 5 of the Global notes is titled UNCISG and the video lecture says Common Law. Is this correct?
Would you advise anything else I can do for those chapters where there are no video lectures available on here other than revise from the notes?
Kind Regards

” in your opinion is it enough to use the notes, videos and also the past exam ACCA papers to revise?” yes, I believe that that will be sufficient – practice is the key but the course notes and lectures will give you the basics from which to build the practice
The video lectures cover the English variant syllabus. The global syllabus is the same as the English one from the chapter on Agency onwards. Does that answer your question?
“Anything else” – the internet is (I have found) a good source for most matters that I don’t fully understand and, of course, I’m here as well for you to address your questions to
Have a good 2016!

Happy 2016 and thanks for your response.
Just to clarify re the video lectures, you said the video lectures are the same from chapter 10 agency law onwards, so do video lectures 5 and 6 titled common law and law of tort correspond to chapter 10 agency law of the global notes?
Thanks,
AngelaJanuary 3, 2016 at 7:03 am #293329There is no video for employment law nor for agency law so, very simply, the answer is “no”
January 3, 2016 at 12:01 pm #293349Ok thank you for the clarification.
