HI ALL,
I am using BPP study book for F4 GLO. In my sense it looks like the ENG variant. They are lots of case laws and they use Companies Act 2006… Is it necessary to learn them? I think that as it is global version it is not required at all. It should be just general knowledge right? There is no evidence on the ACCA’s websites that students are required to learn case laws and Companies Act 2006 in the GLO variant. Thanks a lot for your answers.
Have you checked out the exam answers on the ACCA website? If you do, and if you find any cases mentioned by name and any bits of the company law answers which are based on the Companies Act 2006 then ….. well, what do you think?
