how did you answer to scenarios?my answers was as following:
8.it was about breaching a contract because of lacking quality ..
there were 2 buyers: the seller is liable to one on of them , but not to the other one Chi.
Chi made a supposition that the goods conform and he was wrong….
conclusion seller has to pay some damages etc9.dividends: the distribution was not legal…the shareholders are liable in relation to the amount that they were not to distribute…also a fine(i am not sure)
10.partnership:
the 3 partners have to:
1. to realize the assets (20 000)
2.they have to pay outsiders firstly (7000)
3.after that, pay partners debts(3000)=>difference 20 000 – 10 000 has to be distributed between partners according to they contribution
4.the initial capital to be paid according to contribution
