    Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know which variant is little easier from the other. Is it F4 UK or F4 Global?

    Please advise

    thanks

Mohsin – just think about that question for a moment.

If “one” were easier than the “other” why would the “other” continue to exist?

If you like stories and cases and arguments and discussions – English variant is fascinating

If you don’t, then Global may be the one for you

But, really, there is no “easier” nor “harder”

    Thanks Mike,
I know there is nothing easy in ACCA anyways but yes i dont like writing stories . So I would be right to think that F4 Glo is more straight forward than story telling in F4 UK.?

I may be wrong but I think if you want an auditing certificate for the UK from ACCA you need to pass the UK variant of F4. If you don’t live in the UK then it’s no issue.

Yes, thats what I thought too. The same with F7, F8, P2 and P7

If you want to practise as an accountant / auditor in the UK you’ve got to go the English / UK route

You can still practice as an accountant without it, but you need the UK variant of F4 for the auditing certificate.

as far as I know for F7 and F8 you don’t need the UK variant, only in F4 and the Ps.

I’m pretty sure but I wouldn’t trust everything you read on this forum. If you want to be certain you should call the ACCA yourself.
