The answer is Creditors, it’s in BPP.

The company
the directors
one or more creditors
Justice and CE of the Magist court following non-payment etc.So in the question all the above parties were higlighted.
You should have also noticed that creditors were the only ones were not listed as those who could appoint an administrator without a court order.

Ii is not enough to practice questions, in my opinion. You must understand all very well and for that you need to read a good book ( I had BPP) as many times as you can and also, do internet research in addition.December 25, 2014 at 2:37 pm #221612No. F4 English version.
