    6: A

There are others I feel are wrong too e.g 7 and 14 but I hope others can weigh in.

Hi, Maybe someone knows correct answer for the below:
Which of the following requires court approval before the appointment of an administrator?
    A Creditors
    B Holders of floating charges
C The directors of the company
    D The company itself

I suggest that this question is incorrect.

the answer for this question is D, in my opinion

did someone know when the official ACCA answers will be published?

I reviewed BPP, 18 chapter, there is written the following: There are 4 set of parties that may apply to the court for an administration order:
    The company
    the directors
    one or more creditors
Justice and CE of the Magist court following non-payment etc.

So in the question all the above parties were higlighted.

You should have also noticed that creditors were the only ones were not listed as those who could appoint an administrator without a court order.

    I’ve passed f4 today, with 91% !! Finished it after 30-40 mins.
Ii is not enough to practice questions, in my opinion. You must understand all very well and for that you need to read a good book ( I had BPP) as many times as you can and also, do internet research in addition.
