Ok I thought. Was underprepared as I’d put most of my studying eggs into the F9 basket. Most of the questions I got what I wanted and the limited cases I knew I was able to use. I was fairly sure insider dealing and director’s duties would come up and they did so all good. Hopefully a scraped pass and I can put the fundamentals behind me.
Was fully expecting my first fail pre-exam but feel I could get away with this by the skin of my teeth! Please!

December 10, 2012 at 3:05 pm #111060A realy nice paper. Did not find a questions dificult or tricky, the last 3 were just brilliant! Nice and easy! Fingers crossed for the results!
December 10, 2012 at 4:55 pm #111061I thought it was a fair paper overall, I think I will wait until I see my results before I decide to start saying its was easy. A few prize winners in here based upon the comments, will be a few 100% marks by the way people feel!!
December 10, 2012 at 5:08 pm #111062I thought it went alright. Hadn’t studied insider trading, so that question didn’t go particularly well.
With regard to Q.8, about the £1,500 rug, was it actually an offer or just an invitation to treat? Given the specific wording, I took it as an actual offer and now I’m doubting myself…
December 10, 2012 at 5:23 pm #111063Advertisement is mostly (if not always) considered Invitation to treat, i though it was invitation to treat, can someone clarify? im quite sure it was invitation to treat.

I’m sure I’m wrong, unfortunately, and it was an invitation to treat. Fairly sure I’d have been guaranteed a pass if I’d got it right. Damn…
December 10, 2012 at 5:46 pm #111065It was alot better than I expected, I just hope I pass. The questions to do with capital maint, bribery and administration were the ones that i found a tad tricky. Fairly confident on the insider dealing question
