No,County Courts do not hear appeals from Magistrates courts. In civil matters the appeal either goes to the Crown Court or the High Court. In criminal matters the first appeal is to the Crown Court from the Magistrates’ court.

i’m also convinced with what u said..
but i’m a bit confuse with this one…

22 Which of the following courts hear appeals from the magistrates’ court?
    (1) County court
    (2) Crown Court
    (3) High Court
    A (1) and (2) only
    B (2) and (3) only
    C (1) and (3) only
    D (1), (2) and (3)

    The given answer is D..
According to what u said should it not have been B..
    can someone clear my doubt..
    thnks..

I have looked into this further. It appears that on cases concerning family matters there is an appeal from magistrates to county court.I apologise for my earlier wrong answer.I think from some sources only show appeals through avenues I outlined earlier.
