I am sitting for F4 Corporate and Business law (‘ ENGLISH VARIANT ‘ ) cbe exam in Pakistan on 21 JUNE. . But I don’t know if my cbe is global or English variant ? .will this affect my paper. I am preparing from Kaplan f4 Coporate and business law book and kit ( ENGLISH VARIANT ) . I took tution privately from a tutor . Did not any academy such as SKANS school of accountancy .. So will this affect my preparation and my prepare ?

I answered this on your previous post yesterday – my answer was timed at 06.00 on 18 June

This is what I told you yesterday:

“If you’ve been studying from a Kaplan English variant book, then I suggest that it’s the English variant that you should be attempting

You don’t specify what the book is (study text or exam kit) but whatever it is, open your exam kit and practice those mcqs and mtqs for endless hour after endless hour

By tackling your studies this way it will reduce almost completely the chance of you being faced with a totally unfamiliar question when you take the exam

“I took tution privately from a tutor . no any academy. so will this affect my preparation.”

It doesn’t matter how you prepare, just so long as you prepare!

You also don’t say when you are scheduled to take your exam – is it tomorrow, next week, next month? So I really have no idea whether my advice is practical or not

    Hopefully it is

    OK?”

Now I read that your exam is on this coming Wednesday! Why are you writing so early to ask for advice? Could you not have left it until just a couple of hours before the exam rather than a couple of days?

How can you possible expect me to give you examination preparation advice that is practical when you leave your request until barely 48 hours before your examination?!!

Next time you write to OpenTuition and ask for advice, may I suggest that your request arrives some 2 or 3 months before your scheduled examination date

As for this CBE on Wednesday, I believe that you may ask the examination centre for the English variant. If (and I don’t see why not) it’s not available until some later date, then I suggest that you postpone your attempt until the English variant IS available

Do you have a problem with that advice?
